Jan Berkes: I visited this excellent swimming pool during a short stay in Porto. Four 50-meter lanes were available for sporty swimming. These offered plenty of space for the few swimmers on a Sunday morning. The water seemed very clean to me and its temperature was ideal. The slightly expensive individual entry didn't seem excessive to me due to the ideal conditions during my visit.Five 25-meter lanes could be used for leisurely swimming and splashing around. A water polo game by the local youth team took place in one of the other pools.Beautiful and functional architecture. Daylight and fresh air flowed into the hall through the slightly opened transparent roof.
